Max will provide us with an update on the progress of discussions with Comcare re the applicability of Australia’s Workplace Health and Safety Act (2011) to offshore detention facilities.
Maree will speak about the plight of asylum seekers in MITA and also in community detention now that the SRSS cuts are biting.

BRASA’s celebrates its 50th Member !!!

CBRASA's 50th Member-redu (002)ongratulations to Lyn G, for becoming BRASA’s 50th member!  The occasion was celebrated at the July monthly meeting, when Geraldine produced a cake and candles for Lyn to cut.  This is a very proud moment for Geraldine and all who are involved with BRASA.
